Technically, referred to as chicken tenders in the test. Are Burger King's chicken nuggets bad for you? As of 2016 their 10-piece nugget size calculated out at 470 calories with over half of those coming from fat (260). With 890 mg of sodium and 50 grams of cholesterol, it would be difficult for someone to legitimately say these are good for you. Though, they're not any more bad than other fast food chicken nuggets. As far as antioxidant (ORAC) content, they have almost none.
