What juice is the healthiest to drink? The answer may not be what you think. Orange juice is heavily marketed as being high in vitamin C but you're being duped by those claims. Why? Because the vitamin C content in OJ (as well as all other juices) is almost entirely destroyed during the pasteurization process. Unless you're making fresh squeezed at home, the carton or jug you buy at the grocery store is pasteurized and has artificial vitamin C (ascorbic acid) which was added to it after pasteurization. Therefore the marketing that OJ is good for colds and flu relief is deceptive, because in reality its no better or worse than the nutritional content of the others.

The ORAC scale is used to measure the total in vitro antioxidant activity found in foods and beverages. As you see, strawberry juice comes in at 1002. This is actually higher than orange juice which is 726 or 703 (for raw and commercially processed versions, respectively). Both are beaten by grape juice, testing out at 1788 for red grape and 2389 for concord. But you can do even better than that. Which fruit juice has the most antioxidants? From those tested, there is one which scores exponentially higher than the more common juices. That would be black raspberry juice coming in with an impressive 10460. Yes, that's 4x higher than concord grape, 10x higher than strawberry, and 14x higher than orange!
