Is rose wine healthy for you? Its health benefits fall somewhere in the middle of red (which has a fair amount of antioxidants) and white (which has hardly any). Since rose wine is made with both, its antioxidant value is somewhere between the two. Generally the rule of thumb is the darker the color, the more antioxidants a wine has. Resveratrol in particular is in much higher quantity in the darker varieties.
