Black cherries are a potent source of antioxidants and juice made from them also contain a somewhat high amount. Perhaps most popular is black cherry juice concentrate, which has been researched for many different things included possible benefits related to sleeping and arthritis, since the juice is known to act as an anti-inflammatory.
