For convenience, many of us tea drinkers will grab a bottle of tea because it's fast and simple. Perfect for driving and while on the go. Bottled tea is not as nutritious as freshly brewed tea though, at least if you compare how much antioxidants each has. A basic brewed black tea at home made with tap water has an ORAC value which is over 3x that of bottled tea.
