This antioxidant test is for a canned version of unsweetened pineapple juice, without any ascorbic acid (vitamin C) added in after pasteurization. Since the USDA did not conduct testing for fresh pineapple juice, we don't know the difference in values between juice in a can vs. a fresh and raw version.
