Between white grape juice vs. red grape juice, which should you choose?

If it's antioxidants you care about, this is a no-brainer: both red and concord grape juice have more than double the amount of antioxidants as white. Among them is resveratrol. Of course the taste of the darker varieties is stronger and not everyone likes it, but if you do, they are arguably a healthier choice.

There is one exception: white grape juice is considered a clear liquid. If you're undergoing a procedure and need to be on a clear liquid diet, then concord or red grape juice would probably not be allowed, ask your doctor.
