Among the USDA testing of ORAC values for foods, almost no brand names were provided. Even for products which one could guess the brand name (because there was only 1 or 2 major manufacturers) the USDA still did not disclose it. That makes this test unusual, in that they not only tested a specific brand of Quaker cereal but that they also blatantly identified it as such.
