But I wan’t expecting to have a hair regrowth for maca. I bought it to go to mountain and sports but after some month I have ended with way more hair. I see it clearly in the mirror and in the pictures I take.
Of course my life style isn’t like any other. I don’t smoke, no alcohol and in weekends I enjoy going to mountains.

Maca is cheap so if you have hair loss problems just give a try. 1 teaspoon of it per day is what I have taken.

My own study is good enough for me. I do not otherwise ever take any other supplement that claims to have anything to do with sex (at least on the bottle). Surprisingly, very few people, judging by the sparse comments, seem to know about maca. I give it an A.

Sometimes it is not the most tasty treat, especially when juicing onion, leek and garlic. But what is the choice? A limp noodle for a dick or drinking a bitter or untasty juice concoction?
Separately–Horny goat weed and Stinging nettles tea also assists. Cutting out processed foods and white bread. Learn to eat lean beef, breads like wheat and rye, more fish and greens in your diet also helps the general well being of your body. Learn to cook healthy using steamers and juicers and appreciating them. I agree that an exercise regiment is important also. Today my juice included watermelon and rind, pear, red grapes, blood orange, beet, ginger root, spinach, kale, carrot, leek, powder Maca, powder from capsules of wild yam.

Please see study #2 above. That one and others have measured hormones with maca use. If the root is having an effect on hormonal levels, identification should be possible.

Maca root regulates the glands that produce hormones which in turn either raises and/or lowers hormone levels according to your needs. Like probiotics don’t directly create better digestion, they balance internal acid/alkaline levels which in turn creates better digestion.
