Also, you can mitigate the load on the kidneys by adding pomegranate powder. Pomegranate is associated with expulsion of calcium oxalate crystal.

Turmeric is a high oxalate food. So is black pepper; but white pepper has much less oxalates… but still significant piperene content. I’d put it to you that white pepper is bettet for the recipe, because with white pepper you minimize oxalate intake while getting the full bioavailability boost

You can create cinnamon extract with minimal coumarin by boiling or steeping a cinnamon stick in water (no fat) straining the liquid and then adding it to the drink.

In those amounts the stick is used whole to infuse the flavour into the drink. Are there studies on how this toxin is released into liquid?

That is what I do. Reserve the coconut milk etc., for a time when you want to make a tasty drink that you can actually enjoy.
