I’ve been lucky to have kept my metabolism consistently high. However, I am one those that green tea makes sick and chia seeds didn’t stick with me as I don’t need the oil.

I’ve noticed that the exact meaning of high intensity exercise can vary with many people. Some may sweat a lot and even exercise regularly, but do what I might call comfortable exercise. Serious high intensity, like interval training for example, requires sufficient recovery periods. I’ve always been fortunate to be inclined to get in high intensity but I’ve found I need to hold back just a little, for weight training especially, to prevent hurting myself. The downside of high intensity is that it can lead to more injury. Knowing the fine line is critical and imperfect to say the least.

I see it everyday with my clients. I am a bit careful with advising special foods and go more with the approach of a general think about of the lifestyle situation. Thanks for writing that!

Having lost 30 kilos since understanding about chemaholic life style patterns of a yo yo artificial chemical fix from foods does this means the artificial chemicals reduce the basal metabolic rate ?
