i ate from GoGo Quinoa organic there puffed cereal quinoa cocoa and got terrible stomach pains, I have IBS…I have no trouble with Eden, although say on package to rinse also, I guess you can’t have enough rinsing just to make sure. The cereal says Quinoa flour…I bet they didn’t wash it. ugh! Thanks for the article….I’m in Toronto Canada went to the Big Carrot health store here and they said they won’t be carrying Eden (to expensive) another brand is half the price, i tried to explain what i read about Eden pre-washing it and explain the saponins and they acted like I was nuts, like what in the world is she talking about….Eden should put on package real big in front so they know they are paying more money to get an organic one that is high quality. Great Company Eden is. I think I’ll cal them and mention it. maybe you could too. Thanks again for the good article

Then I rinse it real good. I know that gets rid of most of the saponins due to the texture and taste. Haven’t noticed any digestive issues with that method.
