In the summer I typically eat 3kg of watermelon flesh for breakfast – for a mere 900kcal. That would be anywhere from 3-10.5g depending on the color of the Watermelon. Now 3g is the standard dose used in supplements.

Admittedly, you need a clean diet overall and also clean bowels, otherwise you could not eat this amount of watermelon. But if you truly cleaned up your diet and eat only whole foods, it is easy and a delight to eat that much watermelon, I have done this for 8 years now and my health is through the roof!

The Doctor’s best L-citrulline will be ordered, could you recommend a non HCL L-arginine supplier?

Can you give us more information on this, including how should the leaves be prepared. Thank you.

To put it another way, I’m only aware of research on supplements for citrulline. Aren’t the low available in food – as far as we know – comparatively useless?
